Gaming Innovation Group has penned a deal with casino platform Luckiest.com to help oversee its debut in international and emerging markets.
The four-year deal will see GiG provide its platform to Luckiest.com, as the unique domain looks to secure a licence from the Alderney Gambling Control Commision.
“Choosing the right platform for this project was our number one priority,” commented Sam Johnson, CEO of Luckiest.com. “From our first conversations, GiG really bought into our vision of an exciting, personalised player experience.
“Coupled with the various tools and features offered by GiG, we have confidence we can build a truly unique offering.”
Furthermore, as part of the partnership, Luckiest.com will gain access to GiG’s advanced technology to aid the recent start-up in its conquest of the .com markets.
This will include the CRM and promotion tools, which will enable the brand to target players with automated communications and marketing promotions for a tailored customer experience.
Richard Brown, CEO of GiG, added: “I am happy to enter into this partnership with Luckiest.com. Armed with a strong domain and a plan to define that brand across the .com markets, coupled with the powerful GiG PAM, we believe we have an exceptional opportunity on our hands.
“We share our values around personalisation, customer experience and the importance of traffic when building a casino brand from the ground up. We look forward to working closely with the team to maximise potential through a successful launch.”
