TCSJohnHuxley has finalised the acquisition of fellow casino game manufacturer Midwest Game Supply.
Missouri-based Midwest Game Supply is a manufacturer of dice, casino table games and slot machines. It also supplies accompanying casino equipment, such as chairs, chips and clothing for casino employees.
Its new parent, TCSJohnHuxley, also specialises in “end-to-end live gaming solutions and services,” including roulette wheels, gaming tables and chip counting machines.
The acquisition deal was initially agreed in November 2021, with the resulting transition period now complete and all regulatory approvals received.
Tristan Sjöberg, Executive Chairman, TCSJohnHuxley, said: “We are delighted to conclude the acquisition of Midwest Game Supply, and are looking forward to continue the strong legacy Linda and Charles Sohm have established, working with their children and the excellent team in Missouri.
“This new chapter will see us expand our footprint in the US and beyond, providing our customers with unrivalled solutions and service support.”
Midwest Game Supply will continue to operate out of its current facility in Kearney, Missouri, with TCSJohnHuxley keen to use it as a base to expand its operations into new territories.
Recently, the company partnered with Rivers Casino Philadelphia to supply its Chipper Champ product. The supplier has also recently moved into the iGaming industry, partnering with the likes of Evolution.
Fredrik Bjurle, Director of Products, Evolution Gaming, said: “TCSJohnHuxley has been an important partner in the development of many projects, ranging from bespoke roulette wheels to the award-winning Dream Catcher.
“The company’s willingness and ability to innovate, coupled with its attention to detail, has led to a very successful collaboration.”
